During the "Do you know what you don't know? Knowledge management in organizations" training, we will present you with the theory and practice of knowledge management in organizations. We will discuss what problems and risks organizations nowadays face with their knowledge and what are the possible ways to handle them. We will also present tips and specific tools to manage knowledge in organizations.

During the „Do you know what you don’t know? Knowledge management in organizations” training, we will present you with the theory and practice of knowledge management in organizations. We will discuss what problems and risks organizations nowadays face with their knowledge and what are the possible ways to handle them. We will also present tips and specific tools to manage knowledge in organizations. The workshop will be led by Ph.D. Małgorzata Zięba of the Gdansk University of Technology.

The workshop is addressed to employees and managers of various types of organizations, especially where knowledge is perceived as a valuable and important resource, employees have the feeling of reinventing the wheel or knowledge is often lost or forgotten. Participation in the workshops is free of charge, but registration is required due to the limited number of places.
